Experienced Management

EMPP is led by experienced senior executives whose skills encompass administration, banking, customer service, information technology, marketing and sales.

  • Clifford Bendau, Sr., President and CEO. Cliff Bendau is an ASU Alum ('75 MA) and has 35 years of experience in mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage, and bank marketing. He conceptualized and founded EMPP in 1992, and implemented and administered the company's biweekly mortgage payment program at over 40 large and medium-sized financial institutions.
  • James Trepinski, Senior Vice President. Jim Trepinski has 48 years of experience in every phase of mortgage banking, including 34 years as a senior executive and 16 years as Chief Executive Officer.
  • Marvin Bendau, Executive Vice President. Marv Bendau has 55 years of experience in all aspects of mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage, and real estate finance. He is also an Attorney at Law licensed in Arizona and Ohio.
  • Deborah Bell, Vice President, Customer Service. Deborah Bell has 35 years of customer service experience in banking and related financial service industries.
  • Serge van Neck, Vice President, Information Technology. Serge van Neck has 21 years of experience in software systems engineering and networking.
